Closed beta terms

Broklya is currently a private beta product. These short terms describe the practical rules for using the beta website and builds; they are not a substitute for final launch terms or jurisdiction-specific legal review.

Beta software

Features, availability, limits and access rules may change. A successful build or AI response does not mean the product is free from errors, data gaps or service interruptions.

AI estimates

Food recognition, calories, macros, portions and recommendations are estimates. They can be wrong and are designed to be reviewed and corrected by the user. Broklya is not a medical system and does not provide diagnosis or treatment.

Responsible use

Do not abuse access flows, attempt to bypass authorization, interfere with other users or use the service for unlawful activity. Beta access can be restricted when needed to protect the product or other users.

Pricing

Free / Plus / Pro packaging and numeric prices are not final until explicitly published. Beta access does not promise a particular future plan, price or feature entitlement.
